Here at Singing lessons Leeds we are extremely excited to announce that we will now be working with local Drum teacher Alasdair Wells to offer you the opportunity to learn how to play the drums. Alasdair is an amazing drummer who can help you improve your playing in whatever time frame you have in mind. Here is what he has to say about himself:
"Hi, Everyone, my name is Alasdair and I am an experienced Drum teacher in the city centre of Leeds. I graduated from Leeds College Of Music, specialising in Jazz and Popular Music performance with disciplines in Drum Kit and Percussion. I was also the drummer for the band Rationale. I performed for them on their debut UK and American sell-out tours, including performances for Bestival Toronto, JBTV, BBC Radio 1’s Future Festival in London and Later… with Jools Holland. During this time I have picked up valuable experience which I would love to be able to pass onto my students.
My approach to teaching is a simple and straightforward one. That is to make sure my students enjoy their lessons with me. I cater to beginners all the way to advanced players. Regardless of your level, I will create a lesson plan that best suits your personal goals when it comes to drumming. I am a down to earth teacher who will always listen to any problems you may have and will make sure we work on them together.
